lyrics

You know I’ve been down this road again
I’ve been walking this tightrope, tightrope, without you my friend

You know I’ve been taking my time again
And it’s gonna be alright, alright without you again

And I’m addicted to your lemonade
Like some honey to a hand grenade
And I can feel it like a serenade
But I’m not addicted to you

Its all coming back to me again
I’ve been fighting this over and over, and back here again

It’s been going too long, and the way it ends
We’re fighting these fires, tired, without you my friend

And I’m addicted to your lemonade
Like some honey to a hand grenade
And I can feel it like a serenade
But I’m not addicted to you

No I’m not addicted to you

Although largely recorded independently in the spare room of a farmhouse, the singles were mixed by grammy award winning engineer Mark Needham (The Killers, Imagine Dragons).
